Service Description

Each online session is individually tailored to each client. The goals and focus areas of the clients will be taken into consideration along with trainer's expertise to formulate the correct workout regiment. Snatched Online Client Needs: Face-time/ Skype access Bluetooth headphones Yoga Mat Minimal Weights ( Gym access is great, you will learn a lot! ) If a client is unable to attend the scheduled session the client should cancel 24 hours before said session for proper scheduling purposes. If a client late cancels, a $55 fee will be automatically implemented on the account. If there are any further questions, contact Management at Management@projectsnatched.com

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for proper rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a $55 fee, which will be automatically charged to your account. For any additional questions, refer to your Project Snatched contract or reach out directly to Management. To early cancel a class, please log into your account and click the early cancel button, or call Project Snatched during normal business hours (voicemails after hours will not be honored), and we will gladly assist you.
