At Project Snatched, we use a straightforward fitness assessment to get a clear picture of where you currently stand physically. What We Assess: - Body Composition: Weight and measurements - Ability Assessments: - Squat - Lunge - Sit-up - Balance - Push-up What We May Discover: - Muscle imbalances - Overactive or underactive muscles - Flexibility and muscle elasticity - Heart endurance and heart rate How to Prepare (Online): - Wear comfortable clothing and shoes - Have a yoga mat if you have one (if not, no worries!) - Bring a positive mindset! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If you’re unable to attend a scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance for proper rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a $55 fee, which will be automatically charged to your account. For any additional questions, refer to your Project Snatched contract or reach out directly to Management. To early cancel a class, please log into your account and click the early cancel button, or call Project Snatched during normal business hours (voicemails after hours will not be honored), and we will gladly assist you.
